| Distribution Bay message displays |
We produce message display systems for use in distribution warehouses. These are often installed at the lorry bays to indicate such information as next destination, trailer number, ETA and so on.
We also make message displays for demurrage / vehicle delay calculation and display, with statistical analysis according to each site's particular requirements.

Titan message displays are designed and built in England, using a modular system. This allows us to create a unique message display to suit your requirements exactly.
The number of lines of text, text character height, data communication method, power supply, sealing, brightness, mounting method - all are selectable in different combinations.

A typical custom-built message display we have just delivered. The coloured rectangles on the right are full colour LED andons which can be illuminated to indicate different conditions on the line.
The message displays are driven from a PLC and can store preset messages, or can act as slaves directly from an RS485 or EtherNet data stream. |

These are the main parts of our message displays. The top 2 modules are display boards which can be assembled together like non-ovelapping bricks to create a message display panel as large as you need.
Each section is controlled by the message controller module at the bottom.
This can store up to 255 messages, which can be triggered by a binary logic input, or it will accept RS232 or RS485 serial data input. |
