Ulimate Sanitary Design

Made of stainless steel 304 and featuring an IP69K rated instrument, the Enviro™ washdown checkweighers are designed for easy cleaning and sanitizing. All welds are continuous, which prevents processing materials and moisture from accumulating and forming colonization points for harmful bacteria like Listeria Monocytogenes, Salmonella and E. Coli. The ultra-thick overlay resists punctures and abrasive cleaning agents. Adhering to the AMI's strict standards ensures that Enviro™ scales are safe for use in RTE areas and other production applications.

Versatile in Functionality

The Enviro™ checkweigher features four programmable checkweigh ranges, Peak Hold to capture the highest weight value recorded, multi-point calibration, three remote switches, accumulation or auto-accumulate, print or auto-print, and RS232 and RS485 outputs (standard). It also boasts the most visible display in the industry, with larger-than-average digits and amber LEDs with seven selectable intensity settings to reduce eye strain.

Bench Scales

The superior sanitary design and durable stainless steel construction of the Enviro™ washdown bench scales are a perfect foundation for a reliable sanitary bench scale configuration. Just add your choice of a Hardy Instruments weight controller/ indicator. All surfaces are visible and accessible for clearning and sanitizing. Closed corners on the platform cover prevent splash collection of water or processing materials inside the scale. Bushing and spacers are used to eliminate lap joints and facilitate quick and easy cleaning.

The Revolutionary Wireless RTR-5 series is a system wherein the data measured and recorded by the data logger units can be transmitted to the RTR-57C Data Collector via short wave radio waves.

The transmission range is up to 100 meters if direct and unobstructed. The RTR-5 series gives you the power to check data, start and stop recording and collect data on-site without ever having to gather the units.

Worry Free Operation

The HI 1756-FC feeder control module will watch your process and notify you of problems. Prompts on your system’s HMI display and PLC alarm relay outputs occur with tolerance errors and other failures.

Multiple Feeder Control

The HI 1756-FC is a powerful building block when it comes to multiple feeder systems. It can be a slave to other process inputs through the ControlLogix processor.

Automatic Weight and Rate Calibration

A five-point auto rate calibration automatically allows the module to calibrate itself to the characteristics of the feeder and the material being fed. This allows for a higher feed accuracy over a broader range of feed rates.

The EDS-C Distance-Sensor measures absolute distances up to 30 meters without contact. It measures, maintenance-free, distances on natural surfaces, with a precision of 3 mm. The application of highly innovative laser technology enables a compact assembly, which permits space-saving installations. The EDS-C Distance-Sensor consists of a rugged, IP65 standard, aluminium case and can be operated at -10 °C to +50 °C ambient temperatures. The excellent price-performance ratio is another added bonus of the EDS-C Distance-Sensor.

The DLS-C distance measuring device measures absolute distances up to 150 meters without contact and with an accuracy of 1.5 millimeters. It represents a cost-effective solution even at extreme ambient temperatures as low as -40° C using the optional heater.
