The HI 803 Shaker has the most operational functionality of any Portable Shaker on the Market. Both vibration frequency and amplitude can be varied over a wide range, and the output from the sensor can be plugged into the Shaker for Sensor Check and Calibration.

In a manual mode, the vibration test level and the test frequency can be set from 10 Hz to 10,000 Hz. In a sensitivity mode, the DI 803 not only vibrates the transducer being tested, but also measures its output and calculates its output sensitivity (mV/unit of motion).

A built-in display reads the output sensitivity which can be stored in memory as well. Complete testing sequences and data can be stored in memory for each sensor being tested. A built-in printer logs this data on the spot or later from stored data. An RS-232 port and data transfer program are standard.

ASCI II test data files can be transferred to a computer for use with most spreadsheet programs.

The HI 5500 series signal conditioners are DIN-rail mountable modules that provide a building-block approach to monitoring important machinery. These Signal Conditioners can be used with Proximity Probes, Velocity Transducers, Accelerometers, and Charge Accelerometers.

The 5500 Series modules may be used to monitor motors, pumps, fans, chillers, mixers, gears, compressors, machine tools, and practically any rotating machinery. These modules serve the petroleum, chemical, power, pulp/paper, food/beverage, metal fabrication, transportation, and a number of other industries.

The HI 5500 series of vibration signal conditioners are DIN rail mountable modules and provide a "building-block" approach to monitoring vibration on important machinery. Each signal conditioner has a 4-20 mA and 0-5Vdc output proportional to its full scale value. The outputs can be connected to most PLCs or DCS systems, providing continuous monitoring of machinery running condition. The modules also provide access to the buffered vibration signal at a BNC connector and terminal connectors. Measurement type, detection type, frequency range and full scale operating range are selcted by the user.
