Action
Instruments has pioneered wide ranging, field
configurable instrument design for over 10 years.
The Ultra SlimPak Series is a result of this effort
and investment. It utilizes the latest ASIC and
microprocessor based technologies to provide 1800VDC
isolation and wide ranging adjustments for easy,
accurate, discrete signal conditioning. The power
supply of the Ultra SlimPak will accept any AC
or DC source between 9 and 30VDC, typically a
12 or 24VDC supply is used.
The
value of a field configurable instrument is that
it allows the user to easily set the instrument
for their specific or even custom I/O range. This
flexibility can reduce spare parts inventory or
increase the efficiency of the process by maximizing
resolution in critical process measurements.

The
industrial Wireless I/O devices from Action Instruments
are designed to cost-effectively link I/O data
(analog and digital) over a few meters or a few
miles in peer-to-peer mode (wire replacement)
or peer-to-multi-peer mode (Modbus network). The
Wireless Gateways can link wirelessly any two
(or more) serial devices using a secure proprietary
RF protocol.

The
V560 is a loop powered digital process indicator
which derives its power entirely from the 4-20mA
or 10-50mA signal being measured. No local power
is required at the point of measurement.
A
large, 3° digit, 0.8" high LCD provides
clear visibility and can be quickly and easily
calibrated to the required range. Zero can be
adjusted to ±1999 counts with a span of
100 counts or greater. The trailing dummy
zero allows display readings to ±19990.
The decimal point position is switch selectable
and can be independently set to any of 4 positions
(1. 9. 9. 9. 0).

The
AP4151-2000 is a wide-ranging, isolating signal
conditioner for RTD inputs. The input is configured
for a 3-wire RTD. (A 2-wire RTD can be used, by
jumpering together terminals 4 and 5 on the mounting
base.) The RTD types supported are Platinum, Nickel
and Copper. Push button ranging is used for adjusting
the input and output ranges.
